Earlier this year, a historic, circa-1899 Sagaponack estate traded hands for $13.65 million.

On June 20, the nine-bedroom, 6,750-square-foot home at 397 Sagg Main Street — constructed by James E. Ware & Sons — swapped between an unnamed seller and buyer, their identities shielded by a trust and a limited liability company, respectively. Bespoke had the listing.

The 4.5-acre estate includes three distinct residences: a main home, a guest house and a guest cottage.

“Maintaining much of its original detail, 397 Sagg Main Street is a testament to historic grandeur and contemporary living,” the listing read.
