At 106 Erica’s Lane, the lot offers the opportunity to build a 6,185-square-foot main house plus a 900-square-foot guest house or pool house, according to the Corcoran listing.
“It was an exceptional opportunity to buy on coveted Erica’s Lane,” said associate broker Mala Sander, who represented the seller.
Town records indicate the existing main house was permitted in 1982 and additions permitted in 1989 and 2005. Between the main house and pool house, the property has 4,155 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one partial bath. A 315-square-foot garage is attached to the main house.
The seller was Mark Gardy and the new owners are Alexis and David Dorfman, according to Suffolk Vision Inc.
