A new North Haven home dubbed “Seaponack Point” has sold for a very precise $10,441,600.
Designed by architect John P. Laffey and built by F.X. Murphy at 14 Seaponack Drive, the 10,000-square-foot custom home has the latest green building features plus advanced home technology.
An “evolved traditional,” according to the listing, the home has modern interiors, large custom windows and glass doors, eight bedroom suites, two more full bathrooms and two power rooms. The new owners are Koorosh Yaraghi, the president of Rugs USA, and his wife, Nicole Yaraghi, the founder of nuLOOM Rugs, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
The deal closed on April 30. Laura White had the listing for Saunders & Associates and Vincent Pescatore, also with Saunders, brought the buyer.
