Three big sales in Water Mill that closed over the summer were reported this week, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. — and the top sale breached eight figures.

At 90 Wild Goose Lane, a 12,527-square-foot modern built in 2018 and offered fully furnished was sold for $10.55 million, after last asking $11.4 million. The address is a 1.5-acre double-wide property at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The residence has nine bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and four partial-baths. It features three-story glass towers, floating stairs, an elevator, a two-story foyer, a formal dining room, a formal living room and a two-story great room with cathedral ceilings, wood columns, trusses and a high-gloss fireplace.

The Ciuffo-designed kitchen has a butler’s pantry and a glass breakfast room. A third living room offers a wet bar and retractable glass walls that open to the pool.

The first-floor junior master has dual powder rooms, a mudroom and a pantry, and upstairs, the master suite has its own living room, his and hers baths and closets, and a large office.

The lower level has window walls with sliding glass doors, a recreation room with a 40-foot window wall, a theater, a wine cellar, a gym, two en-suite bedrooms, a Zen garden and stairs leading directly to the 50-foot saline pool and hot tub.

Green home features include geothermal heating and cooling, solar, foam insulation and Lutron LED lighting.

A north-south tennis court of the buyer’s choosing — Har-Tur or all-weather — is included in the price, according to the listing.

In addition to the main house, the three-car garage and the pool house add 1,000 square feet.

Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, which was repped by Frank Bodenchak. The new owner’s identity is shielded by a nondescript limited liability company.

An 8,000-square-foot gambrel-style waterfront residence that was completely renovated in 2019 sold early last month for $9.8 million.

Located at 125 Brennans Moor, the 1.1-acre property fronts Hayground Cove and overlooks Mecox Bay. It has a private dock, a waterside heated gunite pool and several waterview balconies. The home has six en-suite bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms in total.

The foyer leads to the double-height living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The living room leads to a great room with its own fireplace plus water views, and a formal dining room is located on the first floor as well. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and boasts a marble-topped island with seating, a sunny breakfast area, top-grade Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, and French doors to the multi-season screened porch and the grounds.

The master suite has water views, a private balcony and a waterside master bath.

The pool house is attached and includes a kitchenette and sauna, and a two-car garage is attached as well.

The seller was Four Quarters Property LLC and the new owner is Torngat LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

The Brennan Hagen Team of Saunders & Associates represented the seller.

Just a couple of weeks earlier, on July 15, 144 Pauls Lane sold for $6.1 million from Charles Dunne to Tema and Mark Bomback.

On 1.9 acres, the residence has 6,500 square feet of living space above grade plus 2,500 square feet on the finished, walkout lower level. It has eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half-baths.

A double-sided fireplace joins the formal dining and living rooms, which both have high ceilings and exposed beams. Wall-to-wall glass doors frame the great room, furnishing the space with natural light and providing a seamless transition to the large bluestone patio, according to the listing. The brand-new Carrara marble kitchen has a Viking professional six-burner stove, a GE Monogram refrigerator and two dishwashers.

The large master suite is located on the first floor and has a sitting room and a walk-in closet, and it overlooks the grounds and the 18-foot-by-62-foot heated gunite pool, which is surrounded by decking and a built-in outdoor kitchen. Also among the features and amenities are white oak floors, a first-floor laundry, a butler’s pantry and an attached two-car garage.

Andrew Azoulay and Dana Brockway of Douglas Elliman had the listing for 144 Pauls Lane, which was last asking $6.5 million.
