Douglas Elliman tipped a hat to top agents at an awards ceremony at Radio City Music Hall on February 25.
President and CEO Dottie Herman and Chairman Howard M. Lorber hosted the celebration, which honored real estate professionals working with Douglas Elliman on Long Island, and in particular in the Hamptons.
In the Hamptons category, Erica Grossman, of the brokerage’s Southampton office, won the top individual prize based on gross commission income, or GCI. The Enzo Morabito team, which is based in Bridgehampton and Westhampton Beach, earned the award for top team by GCI.
Also recognized in the commission income category, in descending order, were Matthew Breitenbach, Michaela Keszler, Cynthia Beck and Aaron Curti. Other top teams by GCI were the Kang, Keogh and Angello team, the Thompson team, team Raphael Avigdor, and the Lord Chapin team.
Mr. Curti was named the top individual agent based on the number of transactions for the Hamptons, followed by Steven Rosmarin, Christopher Stewart, Susan Ceslow and Adrianna Jurcev.
The Kang, Keogh, Angello team, which is based in East Hampton, was named the top team in the Hamptons by transactions. Coming in next were the Enzo Morabito team, the Thompson team, the Lord Chapin team and team Raphael Avigdor.
Richard Finder scooped up an award for the most rental transactions in the Hamptons. And Luisa Keszler of Douglas Elliman’s Southampton office picked up one of her own, for Rookie of the Year.
