In Water Mill, four subdivided lots totaling 5.8 acres recently sold on September 17 for $6.75 million — and there aren’t even any houses on them.
The vacant parcels — located at 120, 126, 150 and 170 Noyac Path — range in size from 1 to 2 acres, according to licensed associate real estate broker Drew Green of Saunders & Associates, who said he sold the land to a developer.
“What makes these parcels special is that that part of Noyac Path is incredibly quiet, backing up to a beautiful farm field. It’s incredibly peaceful there,” he said, adding, “The parcels traded for what I perceive to be fair market value and is a reflection of the market overall — which is that when things are priced right, they sell.”
