A canal-front home in the estate section of the Village of Quogue with access to Quantuck Bay recently sold for $5.1 million.

The 1-acre bulkheaded property at 32 Quogo Neck Lane includes a waterside pool with a brick patio surrounding it. Across the street is an open view of the bay.

The cedar-shingled residence, a ranch built in 1959, is 2,400 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus spacious living areas, including a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a screened-in front porch. The floors are hardwood and there are skylights in the ceiling.

A two-car garage is attached.

Associate broker William F. LeMaire of Brown Harris Stevens had the listing.

“32 Quogo Neck Lane is a very special property — a spacious home nestled on a sprawling acre with its own bulkhead and located in the waterfront estate section of Quogue Village,” LeMaire said. “The compelling price and fantastic location contributed to a relatively fast sale.”

The last asking price was $5.25 million.

The deal closed on November 7, 2024, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported the sellers were John and Judith Windeler. The new owner is 32 Quogo Neck Lane LLC.

Hamptons Median Home Price Reaches $2 Million for the First Time

The first-quarter home sales reports for the Hamptons real estate market are in, and it’s positive news all around.
