Over the past two years, I have worked closely with our mayor of North Haven, Chris Fiore, and have gotten to know him quite well.
Chris has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our village. The speed limit has been reduced on Route 114, leaf blowers have been silenced, landscape lighting restrictions have been enacted, and a tree protection law is now on the books.
As a lifelong resident of North Haven, I can honestly say that Chris Fiore is one of the best mayors to serve our village. He has compassion for the residents and his job. He deserves my vote and the votes of my family.
We do not need a person as our mayor who has been instrumental in leading the fight to shut down affordable housing in Sag Harbor and worked hard to defeat the Marsden Street proposal, which would have helped to acquire much needed field space for future generations of Sag Harbor students to enjoy.
We need Chris Fiore for another two years at the helm of North Haven Village government.
