SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Elver Rojas Gaona, 31, of Springs was arrested by Sag Harbor Village Police on Hampton Street around midnight last Thursday, October 2, and charged with misdemeanor DWI. Police said Rojas Gaona was driving a 2011 Honda Accord south on Hampton Street and was swerving across lane lines leading to the traffic stop. He appeared intoxicated, the officer reported, and failed sobriety tests. Rojas Gaona was also charged with misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
