Group of Residents Sues Sag Harbor School District To Block Marsden Street Acquisition

SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — The arrest of Marco Lucio, 37, by Village Police on misdemeanor DWI charges around midnight on Friday presented a bit of a challenge for Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace, as well as for the attorneys involved, during the defendant’s Saturday morning video arraignment.
