I have been reading the columns, opinions and ads regarding the proposed Marsden purchase [“Marsden Debate Heats Up as Vote Approaches,” 27east.com, April 26], but none of them indicate, if the purchase is approved, what the interest rate will be on the bonds issued to complete the purchase.
Interest on those bonds will be a continuing annual expense for the district to pay and ultimately for the village, which funds the village schools. We should know what that annual expense will be.
