James “Jim” V. Ficorilli of Sag Harbor died on April 13. He was 94.

He was born on February, 5, 1931, and raised in Sag Harbor.

He was the Sag Harbor Village highway superintendent for 27 years.

For 60 years, he was a member of the Sag Harbor Fire Department Otter Hose Company.

He enjoyed fishing and clamming.

He is survived by his sons, James, Glenn, and Scott, all of Sag Harbor. He was predeceased by his wife in 2021.

Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Sag Harbor.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sag Harbor Fire Department (sagharborfd.org).
