Walter M. Pizarro Juela, 39, of East Hampton Town was charged with first-time misdemeanor DWI Friday afternoon by Sag Harbor Village Police. An officer who had been dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Haven Beach said that when he approached the Subaru Outback Pizarro Juela was seated behind the steering wheel, keys in the ignition and engine running. He saw Pizarro Juela consuming what turned out to be, the officer said, an alcoholic beverage. The officer reported that Pizarro Juela appeared intoxicated and had him perform sobriety tests, which the officer said that he failed. ...
