Should Pond Lane in Southampton Village be closed or not for the new garden plan? There are a lot of very valid differing opinions about this quarter-mile section of roadway.
May I suggest a compromise? Why not leave the road open but replace the pavement with a permeable substance and make it a 5 mph speed limit, strictly enforced?
