The Hampton Bays Alliance held its 13th annual Family Fun Day and Rubber Duckie Race on September 6. Beautiful weather and a wonderful group of volunteers, donors and “duck owners” created a memorable event.

A big thank you to Quogue Wildlife Refuge, who brought a snake for youngsters to learn about, and also to Cornell Cooperative Extension, who brought its touch tank filled with sea creatures for youngsters to touch and learn about. Thank you also to Mary Garcia and her assistant Aiitana Garcia, for their face painting of so many adorable faces.
With deep appreciation, thank you to Alexa Foudy and her family, Susi Powell, Eleanor Hyland, Theresa Gioia, Cary Jankiewicz, Bob Ricke, Patti Hamill and Jonathan Lorber, for their tireless efforts in helping the event run smoothly.
