Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5350 held its annual golf outing at The Vineyards Golf Club in Riverhead on August 30. The event was a great success due to our usual loyal golfers and our great supporters, including Christiaan Padavan singing our national anthem during our opening ceremony.
Thank you to all our major sponsors: Discovery Land; Ensign Engineering; Kanas Family Foundation; South Shore Docks; Shoreline Insurance; Rechler Equities; Kerrigan Country Real Estate; Raynor Country Day School; Southampton Town Police SOA; Ayaia’s Designs; Westhampton Beach Teachers Association; Rapid Recovery Towing; Weber & Grahn Heating and Air Conditioning; Hampton Bays Lions Club; and all who contributed tee signs and gifts for our raffle.
All proceeds from the golf tournament may only spent on helping needy veterans, their families, Gold Star families, first responders such as those involved in 9/11, the Siller and Tunnel foundations, and similar persons or organizations.
