The COVID-19 plague has affected seniors the most! It’s also highlighted the problems at nursing homes, where thousands of New York seniors have died.
Sadly, many of these facilities are under-staffed, overworked and minimally paid. All of which has contributed to this senior’s nightmare.
My question is, where are our U.S. Senators Schumer and Gillibrand regarding improving and correcting conditions at these nursing homes? I’ve seen no effort from either one on this tragic situation.
