I thank everyone for supporting us over the past few months in our run for office. The hundreds of people who reached out to us with kind words over the last few days speaks volumes.
I also thank every resident, village staff and volunteer who worked with me during my last three years as trustee. The best part of this role was meeting those whom I would never had a chance to know. Through you, we made it a quieter, cleaner, safer, and more vibrant, fun and inclusive village, to say the least.
As of last week, there were 500 new registered voters, many who registered a few weeks before Election Day. We welcome you and encourage you to learn more about our Southampton Village government, town government and the overall community, as we move forward with a shared future.
