Former Eastport resident Angelina Theresa Capozzola of Colorado died at her daughter’s home on Thursday, April 23. She was 92.

Ms. Capozzola moved to Colorado three years ago with her daughter, Theresa.

According to loved ones, she was an animal lover who enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Michael; a daughter, Theresa Capozzola; five grandchildren, Joseph, Raymond and Michael Caprari, and Paul and Michael Capozzola; 22 great-grandchildren; 
and seven great-great-grandchildren.

A wake was held at Sinnickson’s Moriches Funeral Home in Center Moriches on April 28. Funeral services were held at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Center 
Moriches on April 29; interment followed at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Center Moriches.
