Attorney for Southampton Highway Superintendent Urges Judge To Recuse From Discovery Land Spinney Road Case

Southampton Town Highway Superintendent Charles McArdle has pushed back against a demand by Discovery Land that the unpaved portion of Spinney Road that passes through the sprouting golf course and residential development be abandoned. Earlier this summer McArdle's attorneys said the judge hearing the case should recuse herself from the case because she has worked too closely with the developers and Southampton Town on a settlement of another lawsuit.
