It’s great if blinking lights are easing the commuter traffic into and out of Southampton. What remains in need of relief are the residential through roads, from the daylong deluge of heavy trucks and speeding vehicles.
If the seemingly dormant town transportation commission isn’t going to take a lead here then perhaps this can be an issue among candidates in the November election?
