Being Neighborly

I feel very fortunate to live in Sag Harbor.

On Saturday morning, with the snow in full force, a neighbor called and said her husband would be over on Sunday morning to plow me out. Later on Saturday, I heard noise on my deck and wondered what was breaking. Nothing! It was my next-door neighbor shoveling my steps and path. Even later, another neighbor was cleaning my driveway and car.

This is such a wonderful community.
