Benjamin Novick of Westhampton Beach died on February 1, after a short illness. He was 91.
Born April 18, 1924, to Adam and Frances Novick, he was the owner of Suffolk Greenhouse in Westhampton for more than 50 years.
Mr. Novick was predeceased by his wife, Sophie. He is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Marie of Westhampton Beach; a sister, Helen Quatroche of Southampton; a brother, Joseph Novick of Quogue; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings John Novick, Ann Kostenick, Anthony Novick, Jo Ferris and Adam Novick Jr.
Visiting was at Follett and Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach on February 4. A funeral Mass took place on February 5 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Quiogue. Burial followed at Westhampton Cemetery.
