Black And White

In reference to the October 22 “headline” [“MAGA-Gras Parade To Montauk Supports President Trump’s Reelection Campaign,” 27east.com, October 20], according to the “Trump caravan” organizer, Shawn Farash, “There are only so many times you can be falsely called a racist and a homophobe and misogynist and a fear monger.”

Is he referring to “Grab ’em by the p—-” Trump?

“When the looting starts, the shooting starts.” The phrase has a racist history, being used before by a white police chief in response to civil unrest, and a segregationist politician. Twitter placed a warning on the tweet, saying it violated the Twitter rules about glorifying violence.

A midterm campaign ad on the topic from the Trump team was so racist that even Fox News refused to air it.

“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?”

People from Haiti “all have AIDS.”

Before his career as a politician, Trump wouldn’t rent to Black people back in the 1970s. This led to his company being sued twice by the Justice Department for discrimination.

“Laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that.”

He insulted pretty much all women. In a May 1991 Esquire magazine profile, Trump had this to say about his recent bad press: “You know, it really doesn’t matter what they write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass. But she’s got to be young and beautiful.”

He insulted a breastfeeding mother: “You’re disgusting.” Trump hurled this barb at a female lawyer who, during a deposition involving Trump, asked for a medical break to pump breast milk for her 3-month-old daughter.

There are thousands of witnessed and recorded statements and true actions that, contrary to Mr. Farash’s words, show that Donald Trump is, in fact, a racist, misogynist, a fear monger and a homophobe. It is all in black and white. Add white suprematist to the list.

The above are facts and not “Fake News.”
