The Carlos Beltran Foundation is one of two organizations, along with Operation International, that will be honored at the Bridgehampton Benefit gala on July 27 at the Southampton Arts Center.
Dr. Medhat Allam is one of the co-founders of Operation International.
Operation International provides free medical care to people in need, regardless of gender, cultural, ethnic, political or religious affiliations, in countries around the world.
