Broken Promises

And the simple question comes: At what point do the owners of a property get to decide how it is used? How is this lost in the law?

The airport is not a major hub. The town owns the land. If they wish to close the airport, what are they required to do?

As a landlord for many years, I see a disturbing trend that gives people who pay to use something more rights than the owner. In effect, squatters’ rights for the plane and helicopter owners? They were offered and, in fact, promised to take different routes and broke with those compromises. We would be better off without these people, who, in truth, have no regard for any but themselves and, of course, money.
