Carl Cafiero of Sag Harbor dies at 64

Carl Cafiero of Sag Harbor died on May 21 at his home. He was 64.

Born April 27, 1946, in Brooklyn, to Rose (née Marguillo) and Vincio Cafiero, he was a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1970. He worked as a gas service technician.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Vincent Cafiero, and a brother, Chris Cafiero, both of Sag Harbor. He was predeceased by his father and a sister, Diane Cafiero.

Visitation was on May 24 at Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in Sag Harbor. A funeral mass was held on May 25 at St. Andrew’s Church in Sag Harbor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps, P.O. Box 2725, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 would be appreciated by the family.
