Aldona Dumont Kostuk of Naples, Florida, died on August 11. She was 86.
Born in Center Moriches, she lived for several years in Eastport. For the last 40 years, she lived in Naples.
Survivors said this week that Ms. Kostuk was a woman with a legacy of grace, love, joy and strength.
She is survived by two daughters, Paula Spears of Danville, Kentucky, and Christine Fawcett and her husband William of Naples, Florida; a son, Peter Kostuk and his wife Lisa, also of Naples; and six grandchildren, William, Scott, Alex, Mallory, Andrew and Clinton.
Services will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Center Moriches on Saturday, October 3, at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Bonaventure Indian Mission and School, P.O. Box 610, 25 Navarre Boulevard West, Thoreau, New Mexico, 87323 would be appreciated by the family.
