I watched the village mayoral debate last week (thank you, League of Women Voters). It was crystal clear that Ed Simioni should be elected as our next village mayor on June 20.
We all suffer when public works that impact us are decided while keeping the doors to the hearing rooms barred. We all stand to lose when boards are loaded with people who do the bidding of a few.
Ed Simioni is committed to governing in an inclusive way that seeks solutions through compromise, not fiat. He has the experience and, just as importantly, the temperament to find solutions that reflect how we want to move forward.
