Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5350 held its Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen awards ceremony on January 25. Along with honoring its Hampton Bays High School Teacher of the Year, Rachel Kelsh, students from Westhampton Beach, Hampton Bays, Quogue, East Quogue, Raynor Country Day School and Remsenburg-Speonk School all received awards for their outstanding oratorical and essay submissions.
