The William P. Rayner Training Center, a new 8,400 square foot year round training center, will be built on site to accommodate year-round training, socialization, and enrichment for ARF's dogs and to increase our capacity to provide classes for the public and ARF’s adopters in any weather, any time of year. The facility will include a viewing area, outdoor play yard, and an environmentally-conscious waste system.   COURTESY ARF
