Craig F. Denice Sr.

Craig F. Denice Sr. of Amagansett, the owner of Craig’s Ice Cream, died at Stony Brook University Hospital on May 24. He was 65.

Born on August 12, 1947 in Queens, he attended Valley Stream North High School and the New York Institute of Technology. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Denice is survived by a son, Craig Jr. of Summit, New York; one grandson, Jesse Ford; two brothers, William Denice III of Bayshore and Thomas Denice of Amagansett; and three nieces and nephews.

Visitation was at Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton on May 27. Interment was at Calverton National Cemetery.
