I am deeply honored to be representing the towns of Southampton and East Hampton in the Suffolk County Legislature, thanks to resounding support from the voters on Election Day.

I am proud of the positive campaign that we ran, based on experience, merit and accomplishments. The endorsements of elected officials, unions, editors of local newspapers, environmental organizations and local citizens also were extremely valuable and much appreciated.

Thank you to those who made the effort to vote, whether by absentee ballot, voting early or on Election Day.

Thank you to those of you who put up signs, took down signs, attended fundraisers and events, hosted fundraisers and events, wrote letters of support, shared your thoughts and ideas, made donations, and encouraged your friends and families to vote.

Thank you to the most amazing team of volunteers. Each of you is just incredible.

The synergistic impact of each of these efforts combined to create a crescendo of support.

We live in a special place. It deserves to be preserved and protected. Thank you for the privilege of continuing the phenomenal work of Legislator Bridget Fleming. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
