Southampton Town Declares State of Emergency Due to Drought Conditions

Southampton Town Supervisor Maria Moore on Friday, November 8, declared a state of emergency, citing the threat of fire due to the continuing drought conditions. The state of emergency will remain in effect for 30 days unless it is rescinded or extended.
