Deborah Ann McMahon Of Sag Habor Dies October 31

Deborah Ann McMahon of Sag Harbor died on October 31 at the Kanas Center for Hospice Care in Westhampton Beach. She was 68.

Ms. McMahon was born on November 15, 1951 in Forest Hills to William and Harriet Laundrie. She attended the Forest Hills School District

She worked for the Oceanside School District.

Ms. McMahon is survived by her husband, Michael McMahon; her sons Michael McMahon of Effort, Pennsylvania and Scott McMahon of Puoghkeepsie, New York; her brother Tom of New Bern, North Carolina; brother William of Sag Harbor; sister Nancy of West Hempstead; brother Joseph of West Sayville; brother Christopher of Bayport; four grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews.

Services were held at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in Sag Harbor on November 2 from 3 to 5 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the East End Hospice Kanas Center for Hospital Care, PO Box 1048, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978, or at eeh.org, would be appreciated by the family.

SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE — A New Jersey man was charged with assault following a road rage incident on June 30 following a motor vehicle accident on Hill Street. Police arrived at the scene and determined that Kevin E. Guevara-Martinez, 26, of New Jersey was fighting with a 43-year-old Hampton Bays man. Both men were arrested. Guevara-Martinez was charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. The Hampton Bays man had to be taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries and was charged there with harassment in the second degree, a violation.
