Donald H. Wachenfeld of West Orange, New Jersey, formerly of Westhampton Beach, died at his home on Friday, October 24. He was 58.
Mr. Wachenfeld was a self-employed master carpenter for many years. He was born in Orange, New Jersey, lived in South Orange and moved to West Orange many years ago.
He is survived by two children, Kristen Wachenfeld and Jeffrey Wachenfeld, both of Westhampton Beach; his father, Howard Wachenfeld of New Jersey; and siblings, Wendy and husband John Drummond of New Jersey, and Jeffrey Wachenfeld and Scott Wachenfeld, both of New Jersey. He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara (Hart) Wachenfeld.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mount Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039, on Saturday, November 1.
