I totally agree with Sarah Hunnewell [“Terrible Waste,” Letters, July 20], Deborah Dubrow [“Dumb Idea,” Letters, July 20] and Judith Verno [“Tips the Scale,” Letters, July 20] in last week’s edition.
The first thing government does in any situation is overreact. The way COVID was handled is proof enough of that. I could not disagree more with Andrea Klausner [“Facts, Please,” Letters, July 20]; Dems love to print money. 2021 was not that long ago. Inflation is not down enough to even think about bragging about. Biden-economics is a joke.
