A New Jersey man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs following a single-car crash late Tuesday morning on Montauk Highway near South Beach Drive in Shinnecock Hills, according to Southampton Town Police Sergeant Howard Kalb.

Overlay districts are a common zoning tool used by many municipalities.
