Each Vote Counts

The importance of voting in the upcoming Southampton Village election cannot be overstated. Make sure to find time to vote on June 16, or get an absentee ballot from Village Hall anytime this week.

I am voting to give Jesse Warren the opportunity to finish all the great work he has done for our village. Thanks to Jesse’s commitment and dedication over the past several years, we have built a future for Southampton that we can all be optimistic about. Jesse’s hard work and care for the village is apparent to us all and I’m happy to be able to support him again this year.

At the same time, Palmer Hudson, a candidate for village trustee, has impressed me with both his background and his knowledge of the issues. Palmer’s ability to weigh both sides of an issue and come to a reasonable resolution is evident upon speaking with him and is a skill sorely needed in our village.

Greg Centeno’s background in community planning also stands to help the village greatly, particularly in regards to some of the large-scale projects right around the corner.

Individual votes make a big difference in a village like Southampton. I strongly encourage you to make your voices heard and consider supporting these strong candidates on June 16.
