East Quogue resident Ashley Bard, left, and her husband Josh Bard, moments after she delivered their baby boy, Roe Rey Bard, in their car while pulled over on the shoulder of the Long Island Expressway. They had been headed to Stony Brook University Hospital, but Baby Roe made his arrival before they got there.
