Edith Bennett Dalston
Edith Bennett Dalston of Richmond, Virginia, died on October 20. She was 94.
She was born on December 25, 1917, the daughter of Edith Leyonmark and John P. Bennett.
Ms. Dalston was predeceased by her husband, John W. Dalston Jr. She is survived by a son, John Bennett Dalston and his wife Patricia of Virginia; a daughter, Janice Dalston Kreymborg of Southampton; a brother, John M. Bennett of Georgia; two grandsons, John Dalston Kreymborg and his wife Donna, and Henry Oehrl Kreymborg and his wife Elaine; and six great-grandchildren, Caitlyn, Julie, Thomas, Travis and Carlie Kreymborg, and Jessica Schreiber, all of Southampton.
Private services will be held at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, followed by interment of both Mr. and Ms. Dalston’s ashes in St. Matthew’s Memorial Garden.
