FAA: Low Fuel May Have Played A Part In Sagaponack Airplane Crash

A plane that crashed into a cornfield in Sagaponack this summer could have been low on fuel prior to taking off, according to a Federal Aviation Administration report released last month. But a family member of the pilot this week said that low fuel wasn’t the reason for the crash.
