Let’s hear it for the red, white and blue! On the East End, local parades and fireworks will celebrate the birth of the United States over the next two weeks.

Southampton Fourth Of July Parade

The Village of Southampton Commission on Veterans Patriotic Events will stage its annual Fourth of July Parade on Monday, July 4, starting at 10 a.m. The grand marshal will be Robert Grisnik, chairman of the commission and an active member of the community.

The John A. Ward Sag Harbor Yacht Club Independence Day Fireworks

The Sag Harbor Yacht Club will host its annual John A. Ward Independence Day Fireworks display on Sunday, July 3, around 9 p.m.

The fireworks show will be provided by Fireworks by Grucci.

American Picnic

The Southampton Fresh Air Home will host its 35th annual American Picnic with Fireworks by Grucci on Saturday, July 2, starting at 7 p.m. on Meadow Lane. Fireworks shooting off across Shinnecock Bay will follow at nightfall. While the public can view the fireworks for free from nearby beaches, those wishing to attend the event on Meadow Lane, in support of the Southampton Fresh Air Home, can buy tickets at sfah.org/americanpicnic.

North Sea Fire Department Fireworks Night

Fireworks will be set off during the North Sea Fire Department’s annual carnival on Friday, July 1, and Sunday, July 3. Carnival hours are 6 to 11 p.m. at Firemen’s Field, on the corner of Noyac Road and Straight Path.

Westhampton Country Club Fourth Of July Fireworks

The Westhampton Country Club, located at 35 Potunk Lane in Westhampton Beach, will host its Fourth of July fireworks celebration on Sunday, July 3, around 9 p.m. The event is private, but the fireworks will be viewable from throughout Westhampton Beach. The rain date is Monday, July 4.

Orient Harbor Independence Day Fireworks

The Orient Harbor Independence Day Fireworks are scheduled for Sunday, July 3, at 9:15 p.m., with a rain date of Saturday, July 16. A nonprofit provides these fireworks for free, but does accept donations at orientfireworks.com.

Stars Over Montauk

The Montauk Chamber of Commerce will host its Stars Over Montauk July 4th Fireworks by Grucci on Monday, July 4, at 9 p.m. at Umbrella Beach. The rain date is Tuesday, July 5. For more information, visit montaukchamber.com.

Alive On 25 With Fireworks

The first in the Alive on 25 series in Riverhead, set for Friday, July 1, will include fireworks at 9 p.m. AO25 is a free, walkable street festival featuring live music on multiple stages, local craft beverages, food trucks, street dining, vendors, local artisans, face painters, stilt walkers, jugglers, and activities the whole family can enjoy.

Riverhead Raceway’s I Love America

Riverhead Raceway, located at 1797 Old Country Road in Riverhead, will include a fireworks display in its 72nd year celebration on Saturday, July 4, starting with races at 6 p.m. The raceway will also hold its “I Love America” fireworks display on August 13. Shelter Island Fireworks

The Shelter Island Fireworks return to Crescent Beach on Saturday, July 9, at 9 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, July 10. The organization is accepting donations to help support the fireworks show at shelterislandfireworks.com.

Clamshell Foundation Fireworks Over 3 Mile Harbor

The Clamshell Foundation, a nonprofit founded in 1992 by the late Rossetti Perchik in support of other community organizations, including local food pantries and The Retreat, will host the Clamshell Foundation Fireworks over 3 Mile Harbor on Saturday, July 16, at nightfall.
