Flanders Community Garden Planting Day Scheduled For Saturday, May 3

Southampton Town Councilwoman Christine Scalera invites community members to a planting day for the Flanders community garden at the David Crohan Community Center on Flanders Road. Community members are invited to plant seeds for the new garden on Saturday, May 3, at 9:30 a.m. The plantings will include vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit.

The garden collaboration is with the Family Health and Wellness Program of Cornell Cooperative Extension and is funded by the New York State Department of Health.
