Former Manorville Resident Edward F. Duffy III Dies July 24

Edward F. Duffy III of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, died July 24. He was 49.

Born and raised in Manorville, he is survived by his wife, Theresa (Mulle) Duffy; his parents, Carole and John LaRosa of Manorville; a sister, Donna Bartnett; four children, Sean, Edward IV, Kaitlyn and Ryan; and two stepchildren, John Fruit and Courtney Shanley. He is also survived by his aunt, who was also his godmother, Kathy Bassi; and two uncles, Frank and Alan Schroeppel.

A funeral Mass was said on July 29 at St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church in Elmwood Park. Interment followed at Brookfield Cemetery in Manorville.
