Frank W. Castricone
Frank W. Castricone of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, died at home surrounded by family on Monday, October 3. He was 58.
Born and raised in Southampton, a son of Betty Castricone (née Wilde) of Sag Harbor and Frank Castricone, he was a 1971 graduate of Southampton High School and graduated from Keene State University in 1976. At the time of his illness, Mr. Castricone was an account executive with GateHouse Media in Randolph, Massachusetts. Previously he had worked for more than 20 years as a district manager for Phillip Morris.
Mr. Castricone enjoyed sports and trips to Newport, Rhode Island, with his wife, Joanne, where they liked walks on the beach, watching tennis matches and dining at one of its many restaurants. He also enjoyed working around his home and yard. Most importantly he cherished trips and time spent with his family. He was especially proud of the birth of his first granddaughter and the academic and professional achievements of his three daughters.
In addition to his wife of 36 years, he is survived by his mother Betty; three daughters, Kristin Martin and her husband Brian of East Bridgewater and Jennifer and Hilary Castricone both of West Bridgewater; a granddaughter, Kendall Faith Martin; a sister, Carrie Rinaldi of Sag Harbor; many nieces and nephews, close friends, co-workers and extended family.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann Church in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on Saturday, October 8, at 10 a.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Conley Funeral Home in Brockton, Massachusetts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Jimmy Fund 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor Brookline, MA 02445, would be appreciated by the family.
