Glenn Ott Mohrman of Southampton died at Stony Brook Hospital on February 24. He was 60.
He was born in Manhasset on April 10, 1962, to Harry and Diana Mohrman. He went to Half Hollow Hills West High School, and then attended the University of Virginia, where he played lacrosse and studied business. He earned his MBA at the New York University Stern School of Business. He most recently worked at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor.
He enjoyed golfing, walking the family dogs and spending time with friends and family. He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Southampton and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Southampton; his two sons, Tyler Randall Mohrman and McKinley Ward Mohrman; his parents Harry and Diana Mohrman; his siblings, Lisa Mohrman, Sharon Walsh (Matt), and Todd Mohrman; his nieces, Sara and Kaylee Walsh, Ashley and Mia Pittenger; his nephews Ryan and Sean Walsh and Ryan Pittenger; his mother-in-law, LaMarr Pittenger; and leaves behind his beloved dogs Buddha and Pax. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Harry and Claire Mohrman and Estelle and Hugh P. Stone; and his father-in-law, John Pittenger.
A celebration of life will be held later this spring.
