The 25th annual Long Pond Greenbelt Celebration will take place on Saturday, October 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Vineyard Field, behind the South Fork Natural History Museum, 377 Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton. Activities will include a migratory bird walk with SOFO’s Frank Quevedo at 10 a.m. and storytime with a representative of the John Jermain Library at 10:30 a.m. Hampton Library will present music and Turtle Rescue of the Hamptons will show off its turtles at 11 a.m. Noon will bring a program on searching for reptiles and amphibians, plus there will be arts and crafts. There will be free refreshments and ice cream.
