Sarah Brock, 43, of Perry was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. on January 10 and charged with felony DWI under Leandra’s Law after Southampton Town Police received a report of a highly intoxicated person carrying an open container of alcohol getting into her car at a Southampton ice skating rink with a child. The officer located the vehicle at a nearby gas station and conducted a field sobriety test, on which the driver performed poorly, according to police, and a breath alcohol test indicated that she was over the legal limit of intoxication.
