Hampton Library To Host Salsa Dance Night

The Hampton Library will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a live music event at the Bridgehampton Community House on Friday, September 20, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. The featured band is Mambo X. The evening of dancing and mingling will also include a salsa dance class taught by Scott from Touch Dancing Studios. Salsa and chips donated by Sabrosa will be served.

Admission is free for the adults-only event but tickets must be purchased in advance at myhamptonlibrary.org.

CMEE To Host Family New Year's Eve Event

The Children’s Museum of the East End in Bridgehampton will ring in 2026 with a daytime New Year’s Eve celebration designed especially for young families. The museum will host its annual New Year’s Eve Bash on Wednesday, December 31, from 10 a.m. to noon. During the event, children will make noisemakers, share resolutions for the coming year and enjoy open play, crafts and dancing with CMEE’s resident DJ. The Village of Westhampton Beach will host its annual Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting Celebration on the Village Green on Saturday, December 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. At 6 p.m., the Westhampton Beach Fire Department will escort Santa to the Green, joining decorated fire trucks from neighboring departments in a festive parade of lights down Main Street.
